Room Payment or Balance is due upon arrival at Check-in.
No Date Changes within 14 days of arrival date.

MOTEL RATES – Above rates apply to advance & confirmed reservations.
Balance to be paid in cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted for balance.
Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays, proms or conventions.

Note: Reservations that have been confirmed cannot be changed to take advantage of Specials offered at a later date.

DEPOSIT – A deposit of one nights lodging must be received no later than 10 days from date reservation was made.

CANCELLATION – 15 days notice required for a refund with a 25% holding fee. Any cancellation or change within 14 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.

NON SMOKING POLICY – We are a 100% SMOKE FREE establishment. Guests who smoke may do so in designated areas only. All guests are required to sign a non-smoking agreement stating that they will not smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. This policy is strictly enforced. Housekeeping and management reserve the right to enter units and provide maid service during your stay. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas designated by ashtrays. Cash security deposit required for non family rentals.
